Compassionate Coaching for Therapists
Bring me the client whose shame has you stuck, and I’ll offer you focused, one-on-one coaching for therapists who want a clear, direct way to work with a specific client’s shame—so you leave the session knowing exactly what to try next.
It’s more than just therapist education.
You need practical help when it comes to specific cases around shame.
You know shame is the core of your clients’ issues, but you can’t get it to shift.
You hear your client circling the same self-attack every week.
Sessions end with them feeling worse, and you find yourself asking, “What am I doing wrong?”
Compassion and attunement are essential—but shame needs a therapist who is active and confident in directly approaching the shame itself. In coaching, we take your actual case and apply the Transforming Shame Blueprint to it, step by step.
You don’t need to use IFS as a therapist to apply the model. New to Transforming Shame? We recommend starting with the Foundations course, so we can use our time together wisely and get straight to your cases.
“I used to feel stuck when working with clients’ shame, but now I have a roadmap to navigate it.”
